• Centre or class information

• Image selections and order history

• Photographs of children where consent has been provided

We only collect information that is reasonably required to complete photography, ordering and delivery. All information is given back to each familiy once order have been delivered to the service.

Consent

Children are photographed only where parent or guardian consent has been obtained. This is by filling out our order forms.

Images are used solely for fulfilling orders unless families have given additional written permission for other uses.

Images and related data are retained only for as long as necessary to:

• complete orders

• provide customer service

• meet contractual or legal obligations

After this period, files are securely and permanently deleted.
